Last year the equipment was being supplied to Russia, India, China, the USA and other countries. One M15 installation, consisting of four engines and four gearboxes was supplied for Molniya-class missile corvette, a shipyard in Rybinsk, Russia. Two ÌÒ70P installations were supplied for Murena-class landing hovercraft, a shipyard in Khabarovsk, Russia. One ÌÒ70P installation consists of two engines and six gearboxes. Supply of some Ì36 gas turbine installations was completed for Delhi-class destroyers constructing in Bombay shipyard, India. A Ì36 installation includes four gas turbines and two mixer gearboxes. Four Ì79 installations with gearboxes were supplied for landing hovercrafts, China. The repaired engine of Ì25 installation was supplied for Roy M. Wheat container carrier, the USA. The increased the scope of marine gas turbine supply is scheduled for 2006. Generally there will be M15, ÌÒ70P, Ì36 and Ì39 installations. |

| Mechanical drives. Russia. RAO Gazprom was the main customer of mechanical drives in 2005. Thirty-six 16-MW DG90 gas turbines were supplied for the compression stations of Volgotransgaz, Surgutgasprom, Permtrannsgaz and etc. In addition to delivered fifteen 25-MW DN80 engines one more engine was supplied in 2005. RAO Gazprom plans to keep purchase volume of gas turbine manufactured by State Gas Turbine Research & Production Complex Zorya-Mashproekt in 2006 as well, including six more DN80 engines, and some DG90 gas turbines. The bid for delivery of three installations with 25-MW DU80 engines for Severgazprom have been won in cooperation with JSC Sumy Frunze Machine Building Science and Production association. Or in brief Sumy Frunze. Iran. In 2005 six DU80 gas turbines was supplied for Havaran and Parsian compressor stations, Iran. Four of them have already been commissioned. The negotiations are currently being conducted to supply the same units for next compression station. All works for Iran also are carried out in cooperation with JSC Sumy Frunze Machine Building Science and Production association. Bulgaria. In 2005 two first 8-MW DP70 engines were supplied for Kardam compressor station of Bulgargaz Company. The first unit was commissioned in January 2006. Three more DP70 engines are to be supplied under the existing contract. Turkmenistan. Ten 16-MW DG90 engines were supplied for Yalnly and Daryalyk compressor stations. Yalanly compressor station (5 engines) has already been put into operation. The commissioning at Daryalyk compressor station comes to an end. Uzbekistan. Four 16-MW DG90 gas turbines was supplied and put into operation at Mubarak compressor station near to Tashkent. Ukraine. The commissioning were carried successfully out at KS-35 Stavishchenskaja compressor station, and unique KGPTU-16K combined cycle power plant started commercial operation. It is the first-ever pilot industrial unit realizing Aquarius advanced technology. Power plant is universal and can be used both in the gas industry, and in power generation. Due to specific technology using in the installation the expense of fuel is reduced by one third. Operation in the closed cycle allows applying Aquarius-16Ê in droughty areas and even deserts. Tests have proven good ecological characteristics and high efficiency of installation. In December 2005 the new DN70 engine of fourth generation rated at 10 MW and 36 % efficiency manufactured by Zorya-Mashproekt was put into trial and commercial operation at Romnenskaja compressor station. In the upgraded GPU-10 unit the new engine has replaced with the out-of-date old DR59 engine of second generation. It is the second engine of such type, which has already been commissioned. The first DN70 engine has already accumulated over 12000 running hours at Kirovogradskaya compressor station. The third gas-pumping unit with DN80 engine was commissioned at Sofievskaya compressor station. The new engine rated at 27.1 MW and 37 % efficiency has replaced with out-of-date old GPD-25 driver in the upgraded GPA 25/76 unit. |

Belarus. In October 2005 the second upgraded power pack at Berezovskaya power plant was commissioned. Upgrading involved installing two 25-MW UGT25000 gas turbine engines in the existing combined cycle power plant rated at 90 MW. Total power plant capacity has increased up to 140 MW, and the fuel consumption has decreased from 370 g/kWh of equivalent fuel up to 310 g/kWh. Kazakhstan. Three 15-MW units based on the UGT16000 gas turbines was supplied and put into operation at Kzyl-Orda power station. Ukraine. In January 2006 cogeneration power plant for JSC “STIROL” (Gorlovka, Donetsk region) was shipped. The power plant core is UGT25000 gas turbeine manufactured by Zorya-Mashproekt. The power plant was sent to the customer as complete package. |
