Events of the 1st quarter 2006:

As the end of the 1st quarter of 2006    UGT 15 000type gas turbine engine has accumulated total 2,120,000 operating hours,    UGT 25 000type gas turbine engine has accumulated total 476,000 operating hours.     Leading engine DN80 (UGT 25000) has accumulated 42,000 operating hours at the compressor station Sofievskaya (Ukrgasprom).

DG90 (UGT 15000) engines have been delivered to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Development of technical documentation for UGT 45000 engine rated 45 MW has been completed … (in detail) Development of technical documentation for UGT 45000 engine rated 45 MW has been completed Development of technical documentation for UGT 45000 engine rated 45 MW for power generation has been completed. Manufacturing of the first components of the engine has been started. Prototype of the UGT 45000 engine will be manufactured and scheduled to tests in 2007.

Five DG90 (UGT 15000) engines have been put into operation at Daryalyk compressor station in Turkmenistan.

Twenty DG90 engines have been put into operation in Russia … (in detail) Twenty DG90 engines have been put into operation in Russia:     - five engines with low-emission combustion chambers -at Kholm Zhyrkovskaya compressor station (Lentransgas);     - five DG90 engines -at Novo Petrovskaya compressor station (Saratovrtansgas);     - five DG90 engines -at Myshkino compressor station (Severgasprom);     - five DG90 engines -at Zhyrnovskaya compressor station (Volgogradtransgas).

Maximum operating time of the leading UGT 6000 engine as a part of gas pumping unit at Dikanka compressor station (Ukraine) has exceeded 30000 hours of operation.

Engines have been in good condition.     The leading engine has accumulated more than 15,000 operating hours.

Engines DU80 (UGT 25000) have been put into operation in Iran … (in detail) Engines DU80 (UGT 25000) have been put into operation in Iran.     “Zorya-Mashproekt” engines are successfully operating abroad.     Three engines DU80 (UGT 25000) have been put into operation at Khavaran compressor station in Iran.     The leading engine has accumulated more than 1,760 operating hours.     Two engines DU80 have been put into operation in the 1st quarter, this year at compressor station Parsian.
